Term 3 Reflection

This term I enjoyed playing Oranges and Lemons for fitness. If I could change something it would to be better at writing and maths. What could I do better at writing by ading more information about what is happening. What I did well a Math was I learnt a strategy to solve harder subtraction problems and I what to learn more ways.

Maths Strategy - Tidy Numbers

I  learnt why I need to know my basic facts.

At first it was tricky but I practised and I got it.

Next I want to learn my times tables. 

Christmas Cookies

WALHT write an interesting recount. I am trying to add more detail speech use different beginning. I found it easy because to write the story and to learn new words Next time I want to remember to add full stops.

 On Tuesday I went to work with my Dad. He got cookies at the shop. I got three cookies. Dad got three we eat our three cookies. we got to work mum at home. She got into the car. And went to the shop. And got Christmas cookies  for am and Dad we got home. mum said do you's wont Christmas cookies we said yes I got. four. Dad got two I said happy Christmas . Jaeko said "Christmas yah," and he said "Happy Christmas."

Dad said "Happy Holidays."

            

Maori Language Week

WALHT make a book. I made my book and it is about Maori colours
It is cool that we can make put our own book on book creator.  It's  a cool website to go on and make your own book but you can also use emojis. You can use pens and one of the pens has a mode that let's you make a picture and you can do your background.
You can use colours for your background and it was easy to do the book creator because it is something you can do for fun. It is good for practicing how to make a book in real life. I found it hard to do the pictures and show it in Maori colours and emojis. You can learn about Maori colours and this is a surprise at the end of the book I made. I really enjoyed making my own book by myself.
